Turn your fan project into an event page you can share
The project you are putting together deserves to be findable by the people who want to join. Fill in the details once and you get a public link — ready to paste into an Instagram story or post.
It’s free. Publishing an event page costs nothing, and you don’t need a partnership with anyone first.
No partnership needed. Projects you run on your own, and ones you run with other vendors, are equally welcome.
No password to set. One tap with your Google or Apple account signs you in; this site never receives your password.
What you get once it’s published
- A permanent public link. Paste it into an Instagram story, a post, or a group chat — one tap shows the date, the place, the poster, and how to join. The URL never changes, so later edits keep the same link.
- A place on the page of the person you’re supporting. When someone looks up that artist’s birthday here, they see your event too.
- Inclusion in on-site search and the event map. Mark the location of an in-person event and it appears on the map (Taiwan locations only).
Three steps, about five minutes
- Sign in. With Google or Apple — no password to set.
- Fill in the details. Who it’s for, when, where, plus one poster image. Tap the spot on the map — no need to look up coordinates yourself.
- Submit and get your link. It goes live immediately — copy the URL and share it.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it cost anything to publish an event on Fan Support?
- No. Publishing an event page is free, and there is no partnership or approval to obtain first.
- Do I have to work with Snapshot to publish?
- No. Projects you run entirely on your own, with no vendor involved, can be published just the same — this page is open to every organiser.
- What do I get after publishing?
- A permanent public URL you can paste straight into an Instagram story, a post, or a group chat, so anyone who wants to join can see the time, the place, and how to take part. Your event also appears on the page of the person being supported, in on-site search, and on the event map.
- Do I need to register an account?
- You need to sign in, but there’s no separate password to create. One tap with your Google or Apple account does it, and this site never receives your password.
- Can I edit it after publishing?
- Yes. Time, place, poster, and description can all be changed. The URL stays the same, so links you have already shared keep working. You can also take it down yourself at any time.
A few more things
- Poster specs: one image under 5 MB, in JPEG, PNG, or static WebP. 1080×1350 is recommended; this site keeps the original aspect ratio and will not crop your text away.
- You keep the copyright. You are only licensing this site to display it, and you can take it down yourself at any time. Full terms: Terms of Use and Submission Policy.
- Home-page exposure is decided separately. Submitting makes it public and puts it on the subject’s page and the map; whether it also reaches the home-page event feed is this site’s call. Not being selected doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your event, and your public link works either way.
